Hope everyone is having a good evening. I am exhausted and took a nap in the recliner. Woke up to find dog had eaten several of daughter's littlest pet shop toys. Not upset at dog, daughter has been warned hundred of times about leaving her crud on the floor. However, that doesn't mean she is taking it without lots of yelling and screaming...

[work related rant] ya know what I hate? I hate when people come to you and ask you to make a decision between option a and option b. You choose a, because they asked you to make the decision and it's your job to make that decision.

and then they begin to complain that you should have chosen b and try to browbeat and shame you into changing your decision and choosing b.

oh, and while I'm on it, I really hate folks who nitpick work I spent the last two days on. If they wanna complain, then they oughta go through the process so they can make the decisions and do the work themselves, dangit!

Sounds like the people who choose to not take part in group decisions and group work and then whine and complain that they don't like the group response or the result of the group's work.
