Good menthol Monday! Iced up here, internet just came back, dish thawed enough to work. Don't think it was the menthol.... Using the MMOC with a desplined blade. Works great, 2 passes on the face and head. 3rd clean up pass, very smooth, very clean, no issues. This rocked my MMOC! If you don't remember, I use a new blade for every shave. If your gonna try this, be careful and take your time. Not sure it will change your shave, but I figure it will, to the upside. Probably never use a splined blade on this razor again. Amazes me how such a small thing changes it so much. All Enjoy! tp

Dec 16 Good morning, guys! Rockwell Model T (6) Rockwell Blade (1) Barbury Synthetic Brush Stirling Christmas Eve SS and AS Nivea ASB not pictured. This is the first time that I am using this soap and it really smells like a Christmas tree. The scent is not overpowering, but it really is fresh and clean. Did 3 passes on my 36 hr stubble to get a BBS shave without any cuts or irritation. The aftershave scent wasn't there even with a liberal amount to my face. It smelled nice from the bottle, but it got lost at the face. Maybe I need to shake it up. Lol. Finished with Nivea. Have a great day, guys!
SOTD 12/16/19 Mentholated M-Bomb Monday the 16th of Decadent December provided an excellent dome and face shave. The longer handle on this gold tone Gillette Black Beauty required choking up on the handle a bit to get the back of the dome done properly. This vintage Gillette is a P-1 dating to the first quarter of 1970. Set at 7, it delivered a satisfying blade feel and easily mowed down the whiskers. I’m really starting to like this Declaration Grooming Sellout milksteak-based soap. When treated with 5-6 drops of M-Bomb, it cooled and protected all shave areas very pleasantly. The result was a complete BBS that left me feeling clean, cool, very smooth and refreshed. RAZOR: Gillette Black Beauty Adjustable BLADE: Feather PREP: Cold Water rinse of face and dome followed by a scrub with PAA’s Charcoal-Menthol Cube Preshave Soap BRUSH: Omega Pro48 Boar SOAP: Declaration Grooming Sellout salted w/ 5-6 drops of M-Bomb POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by Thayers Lavender WH and finished with PAA’s Mentholated Mysterium Serum
