Well, I cheated and used a medallion to cover the old hole. The ceiling has a texture, I would never have gotten right.

The main achievement of my shave this morning was the killing off of the area I missed yesterday(jawbone below right ear). Course it will come right back, thus "killing off" wasn't the right usage. Looking ahead to 6 soap/brush shaves. Turned out that I'm getting low on the Barbasol, too. Stoylin will be on the front and back ends, flanked by The Soap Exhange/AgadirMen.

In my case it I hiding one good size hole and several small ones as I looked for the joist. Wouldn't surprise me if I am not the only one who has done it. :)

Thanks, Keith! I am very surprised that I didn't have to refresh the blade for 32 shaves. I am guessing that I probably may get 50 shaves, but I will keep a running total until I really need to Crox it. Finally, I realize that the edge may not be as smooth if I honed on synthetic stones or Jnats, but it was smooth enough for me. I like lapping films because it doesn't require maintenance of stones.
