  2. Terrific shave, Jason!
  3. Left my phone at the house this morning. This is a late posting from this morning. Great shave all the way around except for two slight weepers that showed up after the shave was finished. ATT Atlas with plate R1 and a Feather blade on its second shave. Take care guys and I'll get caught up in a little while. 20191216_200741.jpg

  5. How well I know what "one of those days" feels like. I hope tomorrow goes better for you. For what it's worth the photo looked great.
  6. So what did you buy at the store?
  7. That is the difference for me between straight razors and DE-SE blades. I can get my straights just as sharp but when I get the edge right the straights are smoother.
  8. Wednesday Shave: Yesterday I used a JWest near wedge and today is JWest full hollow razor. Both gave me great shaves but it is interesting how different the feel and sounds are, the full hollow was very noisy and feels sharper but both left me smooth and without irritation. Almost finished with the Blood on Steel first edition.

  9. Excellent shaves, Keith! I experienced the same thing with my Wosty full hollow and my Wosty near wedge. I have only used my near wedge a few times because I don't let me stubble go beyond 2 days. However, I find my near wedge is more forgiving than my full hollow.

Love the warm tones of the image Jason! Neat combination of gear!

Very cool Danny! How's the aroma of the American Tobacco? I haven't had a chance to stop by Big Lots here....and I probably missed your comments earlier on AT :(

Extremely nice Keith! Finishing a soap? You mean....that actually happens? :happy102:
  11. Very nice, Danny!
    Wonderful shave, Keith!
Jeeves BoS is a favorite of mine. It'll be a sad day when it's gone.

  13. Congrats on finishing the soap.
  14. Thanks, Blair!
  15. No, I didn’t buy anything. I am going to mull it over. I can go by there again before we leave if I decide to get it.
