Indeed! We should all take a moment and admire it! :rofl Most British shows fit that description, except for the sci-fi part. I'm quite a fan of British television.
My wife thought it was dumb for the lack of special effects until I showed her the episode where Lister found out that he was God. The we ended up watching all of the episodes.
I dunno... purplish sacks are a bad sign... unless its that time on the farm... btw: I used to watch dirty jobs... but that one sheep episode really killed the series..
I love British television. Especially the comedies, Mr Bean, Keeping Up Appearances and Are You Being Served are some great shows.
