Sorry. I'm in and out today. Anyway I did a lot of reading about the Pre leading up to its Sat. release. Everyone seems very impressed w/ it w/ the exception there aren't a lot of apps for it yet. Honestly I'm not much of an apps guy anyway so that's not really tops on my concerns list. I saw where a few people had some screen discoloration issues with it right away. Enough folks had the problem that it's of concern. Of course Sprint replaced those right away. I'm still thinking there will be bugs that get discovered over the next couple months, and the 2nd gen phone will be better. I'm in a position w/ my plan that I could upgrade now or down the road and get the discounted price either way so I may just wait.

I'm also wondering about the data input functionality of the Pre sans a stylus. Using your fat fingers to place the cursor in field doesn't work so great.

 

I'm doing well. Hope that cough fades away soon.

Things are going very well.

The weather is beautiful, I'm doing well, and keeping quite busy.

While Boston is great most of the year, it becomes so much greater during the middle of winter and during summer when all the college students go home. It's quieter, less obnoxious, the public transport is full of locals, etc. This is why I look forward to winter and summer breaks.

Congrats again on that transfer, Shep. Did you already move?
