Sunday December 22nd SOTN A calming lavender shave before bed tonight after shooting some with my cousin who is in for the holiday. Three shaves I think is my limit with these blades again... Less than a few seconds. I rinsed the puck. That's what I did. Just rinsed the puck and put the rinse in the VdH bowl for lather building and wetting the face. Such a super smooth shave. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Schick Plus Platinum still in the vintage Gillette 40’s Style Super Speed. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Clubman Whiskey Woods aftershave. Bob
Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Rinse TSD Iced Lime Shave Soap Jayaruh #199 Schick M2 Adjustable Schick Proline CWR Osage Rub My prep was just a cold water rinse. The TSD Iced Lime Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #199 Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Schick M2 Adjustable razor with a Schick Proline blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

The Yuka Lyptik soap delivered so much lovely lather with its great scent and a delightful menthol sensation as well as a most comfortable postshave feeling that the Prep enhanced.
