    A little while ago, I made a lidded soap bowl for @jluc. I didn’t really need anything right now, but that isn’t how our Jim rolls. Today this Occam’s Razor was waiting for me in my mailbox:

    Jim’s generosity is amazing. Of course I had to go shave with it right away. I chose what appears to be the most mild baseplate to start with and after 3 passes am quite smooth. Perfect? Nope, but not very far from it with this easy shaver. This baseplate is reminiscent of an EJ head, but the other 2 baseplates are not. Looking forward to playing with this new toy.
    I am also going to make an executive decision and exempt this razor from my ‘one in, one out’ rule as it was an unexpected gift.
    PS- The soap is in its last days- this is the 7th straight day it has 4 shaves left.
