  1. The longer blades are almost as long as a straight razor blade and is more efficient than the normal DE's. I like using the shorter DE's because it takes a little longer for me to enjoy the shave.

    Prep: Cold water and Proraso White pre-shave
    Blade: Polsilver SI
    Razor: Gillette Fatboy
    Brush: OMega 10049 boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave

    Fat Friday! Recycled picture, in full disclosure, but the shave was nice. Changed up the routine a bit and used Proraso pre-shave instead of the Cube. One pass with a little touch-up under my chin for a nice shave. Not as smooth as two passes, of course, but just fine for a low-key day.

  20. Thanks Clint...I hope you have some down time this weekend. I may put the new timing belts on the Wing tonight or tomorrow. Carbs are almost ready to go back on and several pieces of sheetmetal/brackets have been bead blasted and painted. Take care.
