Gee, sorry about the shave, Jim! I have never experienced a safety razor's performance to suddenly go south, unless it was a mechanical problem or a change in my angle of attack. It could be the blade itself that may be causing the substandard result. I suggest changing to a different blade brand the next time you use the Dart. I am afraid you got a mysterious situation on your hands, Jim.

    Good Saturday morning all!
While the little ones were being watched by the wifey, I took advantage of it and got an unrushed, shower and shave.
Loading a new Feather blade in my Yaqi Grill / RR handled razor, brought out the Stirling Lemon Chill for a trial run.
I must admit the citrus is a nice scent in my book.
The shave was good for a weeding, job interview or a date with your future wife.
Impressive 2 pass, head and face.
The nice thing is you can ride the cap for a comfortable shave and still get great cutting action.

No issues, this was a great purchase for me.
    Gonna lighten up the wallet....
Need another head, for a spare.
Gonna have a Stirling order too.
It's hard to respond with little ones running round, but I can read.
    Everyone
    Enjoy!

It could be the differences in the batches or that my tolerance is higher than yours. Moreover, maybe your skin is getting more accustomed to the Spice.

Great image and shave, Jim! I hear the Dart is a very nice mid-aggressive shaver! Ikve had a similar issue with my Vector. In my case I had forgotten to palm strop my new blade and ended up with some irritation on the dome.

In better news the Occam's Enoch I ordered is at the local post office. Should be delivered today.
    Thank you, Joe.
I haven't completely ruled out that I damaged it when I dropped it. It landed pretty hard on the tile floor. I looked it over again this morning. If it is damaged I just don't see it.

My wife gave me this bowl with lid for my birthday. I loaded it with SV Manna di Sicilia and will leave it sitting next to my sink. So expect the bowl/soap combo to be a regular part of my rotation. The Omega Evo brush continues to impress. Unlike the Simpson CH2 it does have a glue bump but I don't notice it during use. The CH2 synthetic is my favorite synthetic brush because it feels the most like a very dense badger brush with excellent backbone and soft tips. The Evo is really very similar. It is certainly in the same class and to me better than my Thater synthetic. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. I just couldn't get my lower right neck. A splash of Manna di Sicilia left me smelling good. Asha and I are off to visit my Mom today. We are trying to be back in time to watch the college playoff game later this afternoon. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

Great Saturday morning shave, Terry! That Yaqi Grill sounds like a great performer! Did you order it direct from Australia?
