Another wonderful shave with the Enoch this morning. Three passes and touch ups ending in a near perfect BBS @Keithmax I am not sure the Enoch is a direct replacement for the Cobra Classic but it sure shaves very similar. The Cobra Classic is smooth and super efficient without feeling too aggressive. The Enoch is much the same. The Cobra Classic wins hands down in finish. At least my early production Cobra does.

I really enjoyed participated in the 30 day thread this month. I am not sure that I consistently used my most decadent shave gear but I can say I used shave gear I really enjoy. As usual the best part of the month was following along and sharing the experience with the 30DC members. Thanks again for a wonderful month and a wonderful year. I look forward to participating next month.

I did a head and face shave because I am going out this evening and want to really look nice for church service and then a home gathering with friends. The shave went well. Did 2 passes on a 46 hr stubble for BBS shave without any issues. I could have stopped at one pass, but I wanted to cradle the baby. Three passes and touchups were needed to give me a BBS cueball. Managed to get tiny weep, but no biggie. It's been awhile since I used a new Polsilver blade in a safety. It felt like the blade wasn't cutting, but it really surprised me. Lol! Finished the shave in the usual way and I must say it was a great way to end my final shave of 2019. I want to thank all of you for allowing me to share my journey this past year. Looking back, I have made tremendous strides in straight- shaving that I didn't think was possible in such a short time. You have welcomed me and encouraged me to learn and grow in this hobby. I consider you my friends. Now, I am looking to spend this upcoming year to continue to progress in straight - shaving as well as watching and encouraging you guys on your shave journeys. Wishing all of you a Happy, Prosperous and Healthy New Year!
