My first Shave of 2020 but the second one sitting in a computer chair sited next to the Wash Hand Basin. Being in what seems an odd situation does focus the mind and make one concentrate on not rushing the Shave. I am quite pleased with the finish quality of the Shave, but think whilst i have to continue the low level Shaves I may just Shave on alternate days. Also it may be a good idea not to do too much Razor rotation , cannot see too many SOTD Photos being taken either. A belated "Happy New Year" to everybody.

Razor : Eveready 1914 1st generation blade stops- MFG 1914-17
Blade : Gem SS PTFE (6)
Soap : Nivea sensitive cream
Brush : Razorock Noir 400
Preshave : Shower + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Post shave: Nivea refreshing lotion + witch Hazel
Results : CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =

First and second pass Gem Damaskeene
Light cleanup and back of neck Henckels Rapide
Both razors shared a new Gem SS blade.
Cella lathered a bit wet on my two band SHD badger provided excellent cushion and glide.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Vintage Life Morning TOST face lathered well with Jayaruh #30 Brush. I did two passes today using two different razors. I used the Russian SHaDE Razor with a Personna Half Blade on the right side and the Schick Repeating Type C razor with a Schick Proline blade on the left side and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. The Russian SHaDE razor did very well. It is nimble and very easy to use. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
