Chantix wasn't out when I quit (I don't think) - I did the nicotine patch and Zyban...it worked well, although I modified the procedure a little bit as per my Dr.'s instructions - using the patch don't step down in mg until you feel ready to (the directions say every 2 weeks)... I've been about 6 or 7 years cigarette free, however I have started smoking cigars within the last 2-3 years...about 1 a week or two.... I just got some pipes to try out, too... but I can honestly say I have absolutely no desire to pick up cigarettes again...

I usually don't shower or shave at work unless it's absolutely necessary - it's inevitable that you'll catch a run while you're all soaped up, or shampoo in your hair.... but I do wash up (arms, neck, face) after a fire (which hasn't been much, lately:mad and have just been using plain water...but even that dries me out, and I don't feel clean afterward...

 

Keep it up Tom. (and anyone else working on it!) Its a tough battle, but I am completely glad I gave up smoking.

ahh.. make sure that it comes with a keys fob. It is so annoying when the remote door fob is a single key fob...

and for that matter it should be a remote doors unlocker

Good evening everyone! Stopped by Bath and Body Works to pick up another C.O. Bigelow shave cream and walked out with four large tubes. Seems C.O. Bigelow men's collection is buy one get one free! So $20 later and I have 4 large tubes. The Rose Water Tonic, normally $15, is $3.75!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! So if you all need some good cream, Bath and Body Works may be somewhere to stop.
