    Hump day shave: No time for hot scuttle shave today. Today's razor is my first custom straight razor, she is a western grind kami from Portland Razor Co. This razor is a joy to handle, takes a nice edge and has a cool holder. Today is the second round with Stirling Haverford which a dupe for Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. The scent is nice but both time I have struggled with performance, very odd for a Stirling soap. Also the soap is dark brown and will stain shaving towels so..... I may put this one away for a later trial.

    In the end the shave was very nice with no issues.
