Seems like we had an explosion of posts today! I was offline all day and had some TSD withdrawal pains!!!

 

I'm gonna be a dummy here and ask a silly question, but is Distraction, TX an actual town?

no, Distraction is an off-the-cuff response to a post looooong ago at B&B where someone said something about Micah being distracted, and my response was "Micah lives in distraction"
next thing I know, Micah has put "Distraction, TX" as his location, and the joke snowballed from there

Distraction, thus, is an eerily accurate metaphor for the town and it's surrounding towns, though

actual town (for me) is Atlanta (though I may be moving to Linden soon - yep, that Linden); Micah and Doug, Bloomburg

Very few actually know of an Atlanta, TX, and even fewer Bloomburg, so Atlanta usually gets the blame
