    Nice whisky Ranger shave Gary! I good friend of mine has been a cop for 20 years. I used the Vodka left over from my homemade vanilla to make some AS. I'm tempted to wear it to church and see if he notices.

    That is good news, I am a fan after the first edition Blood on Steel.

    I agree blade feel is one of the nice things about straight razor shaving. Straights also improved my skin stretching and to make wetter lather. Both of these improved my other shaves but the feeling when you got Uber smooth edge on a straight is special.


    I miss that smell. I miss the monsoon season in Tuscon, the smell of ozone from the lightening and the wet creosote.
