Another wonderful day!
The fog is intense and the cold stings....

I am meditating to ask for the opening of a marriage personals section in the forum: I would love to find a wife!
Who goes food shopping and leave me here, in the warmth of logs burning in the fireplace, to write nonsense here, watching the fog and listening to suitable music.

A wonderful day after a very pleasant evening: have you seen 'The Lady in the Van'?

I liked it a lot, maybe because I find Maggy Smith an exceptional actress!
A film that tells a true story of a homeless 'lady' who lives for 15 years in a van parked in a writer's driveway in Camden Town.
The Smith who has accustomed us to roles of noblewoman, as in Gosford Park thanks to her aristocratic looks and behavior, in the shoes of a homeless person she has an incredible... credibility.

All this, even dramatic situations, with the counterpoint of a typically English humor, elegantly acidic and ironic. But caustic!
Great performance also for those who wrote the dialogues and for the director, unknown to me: he worked, mainly in the theater.

After such a perfect end of the day, even the beginning of this was: an excellent shave! But to sniff these fragrances I would shave even with a billhook!

Not everyone wants that thick of lather... my preference is for a lather that will almost run off of the brush. IMO, this is a lather with sufficient hydration for maximum slickness. Take a look at this lather:

My litmus test: if the lather doesn't EASILY rinse off of your blade, it is too dry.

Excellent shave but for a slip and a small weepers caused by my error. I decided to try the Rockwell blade in the Model T and it worked well - it felt sharper than my usual voskhod, but still smooth and efficient.
