IMG_20200112_160255.jpg the entire fragrance collection. My parents call me a "cologne hoarder" but I don't call it hoarding considering I wear them all. They don't care if I do it though they just think it's dumb. They kinda think my wet shaving hobby is dumb as well but I don't really care it's fun. That's another reason why I am here.

    Thank you, Jason!

Come on anytime. We’ll pickup @Hembree and drive to the Florida panhandle and hang out with @wristwatchb.

    Thank you, Blair!

Alice went shopping so Wilson and I took advantage of a pretty day and started the fire pit. Plenty of sticks and limbs to burn.

I have a spring here ..... that may just be used to fashion such a tool as that. Hmmm

Sorry to hear about the burn, Evan. Those Autostrops look like they come straight out of a steampunk novel. I'm sure you'll figure it out, though.

Really liking the way the brush handle looks with that bowl, btw.

Thanks, Perry! I'll need to do some rearranging to accommodate the new brush.

The low weight of the Dovo shavette wasn't objectionable to me. However, it is the only shavette I owned and can't compare it with the others. I believe if you are going to buy an expensive shavette, then you might as well buy a straight at the same price point. Shavettes are supposed to be inexpensive substitutes for a traditional straight. The value of any straight razor will increase, not so with an expensive shavette. That's why I chose the Dovo shavette. I know there are some who may disagree with me and that's fine.

Great looking shave, Perry! I didn't know the Hawk came in Black--looks really high-speed. Also, the more I see the scent description for Drive, the more intriguing it looks. ;)

I would tell your parents that it is better than wasting your money on drugs and alcohol so I don't think it is dumb. You have to know how to market your shave collection in the right way for your parents to accept it. Lol!

That's a great report, Blair! Nice to hear that you finally found the deal you were looking for, and that the razor performs as well as you had hoped--sounds to me like it was worth the time and effort ;)

The Cavendish sounds wonderful. Out of curiosity, what about the CK-6 formula keeps it from performing as well as others?

I didn't want to say anything, but I put a bid in for the Brooklyn Bridge this morning. With a little luck, that baby will be mine.
