You don't know the whole story. I bought mine on day one. Started complaining soon after I received it. Vendor/forum owner/minions started questioning my sanity. I decided to sacrifice the knot and have a DG B5 installed. There were others that initially shared my complaints, but they disappeared...wonder why? Glad you like yours. I'll stick with Mondial or Omega when it comes to boars.

Lavanillesday This was my first use of Astra SP in the Model T, and it was very smooth and comfortable. I did get a couple small weepers that closed right away. Lavanille has been a favorite scent for years, but I think Vespers and Beaudelaire have surpassed it in my nose. All three are still top ten. Williams Wednesday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Williams Mug Soap Jayaruh #383 Gillette Sheraton Gillette Silver Blue CWR PSC Caffeinated After Shave Balm The Williams Mug Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #383 badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Sheraton razor with a Gillette Silver Blue blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with PSC Caffeinated After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Wednesday morning: Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Derby day 3 Proraso Green SC Prep ASB Proraso Green AS Splash Now that Proraso Green and I are friends again I decided to enjoy a shave with it this morning and treated me to great lather with its nice scent and a pretty good menthol sensation as well as a very comfortable postshave feeling.
