I’ve been trying it lately on a whim. Anybody else try it?

Was years ago but I seem to recall it was rather sticky and residual, but may have slathered too much on. And that was before I found Lucky Tiger lotion, aka perfection in a bottle. Does CHL have any burn to it?

Lots of folks swear by it so I tried it and used up the bottle but I don't need to buy it again

Tried it years ago. Didn't like the residue it left.

Is Lucky Tiger not one of those old barbershop "behind the chair" brands?

No burn to it. And I do use a very little amount-a nickel size amount for my face and my head.

It works great for treating razor burn. Girlfriend didn't like the smell though.

CornHuskers is my go-to and my only preshave. I've basically used it since I started "traditional" wet shaving. Started with Proraso first, then went to CHL and never looked back. been about 10 years now. It gives me a very slick, soothing starting layer under my soap and it has worked with every shave soap and cream I have used. :happy088: I use Nivea sensitive as my aftershave balm.
