Good Saturday morning everyone!
Hope your day and weekend turns out great!
Got out my PAA Starling SE razor that uses a GEM blade, I modified for my style of shaving. I added epoxy and rounded off the cap so to ride the cap without the flat cap sticking to the skin.
Some WoolFat, an Omega badger brush, a new Personna GEM blade and a selection of liquids and creams.

2 passes head and face with some touch up, no issues. A good razor, not a brush hog, but still a contender for a top spot in my den. Now to clean then disassemble it so it can dry properly.
I find razors made of aluminum almost require this, for thread longevity. I do this to all my razors that come apart anyway.
Next month, it will be 2 years wet shaving, seems a lot longer than that.
Started TSD around that June, that's when things really started to work for me.
Reading the things you guys post is a great help.
I was using Merkur 23c with Shark blades. I thought that was a monster razor, then, little did I know. My Parker 99 got me going in the right direction. Now I'm as shave crazy as most here, relishing the rabbit hole, every time I go to buy somthing now.
So, thanks everyone!
