I know Proraso has a tendency to stick to a razor but washes off easily enough.
That could be whats causing the gunk on your razor Blair.

I'd try some witch hazel after you rinse and before you apply AS. I could be wrong but it may simmer things down. Usually works for me Tim.

Thats what I loved about this forum when I joined Jeff. It's full of characters and everyone makes everyone feel welcome. There's no snobs or judgemental people in here is another plus . I believe I was actually quite shy when I first joined but that went out the window fast.

Hello everyone, I hope your day is going well.
Me.... I'm sick as a dog, been down for a couple days now, just able to get the kids back and fourth and that's it.
Thought it might be a 24 hour thing, but no.
Much to my surprise I haven't felt like shaving today, yet.
I got a good deal on a 1900 NEW GEM lather catcher.
I also got an Eagle Improved lather catcher too, so the day wasn't and entire bust.
Feed the RAD!
Just now got moving around and to look at what razor I need to use to get a good shave today.
I can't leave the face like this, the head maybe, but the face is just to scratchy.
The shave will be very late, but it will happen.

Excellent shave, Tim! I am glad you are appreciating the scent. I have never got a burning feeling from this aftershave. I surmise that you may have micro-irritation from your quick shave or your skin is not accepting the aftershave. I believe it is the former and not the later because no one has mentioned what you experienced with Tsuka.

 

I guess it means that you have arrived and have the full membership privileges of TSD. Lol!
