Monday February 3rd SOTN The Enoch was calling to me... so I did a quicker 2.5 pass shave with brushless Clubman Cream. The Schick proline continues to remain a very sharp blade and seems to have tons of life left in it. I guess it's good that I bought a case of them from Japan (should last me years!). The proline will bite if you aren't careful, but will also reward you with a very efficient shave if you respect it. Happy shaves all! Josh Sent from my LYA-L29 using Tapatalk
Monday 2-3-2020 Razor: Leresche 77 Blade: Super Iridium Brush: Plisson Soap: Boots AS: Florida Water This was my 3rd shave with the Leresche 77 ( on loan from @jmudruck ) I find this to be on the mild side. This shave was better than the first 2 by a nice margin. I was able to find the correct angle and keep it. From the looks of head geometry one would think it would need a steeper angle. I found that not true. When I found the angle, there it was blade feel. Very subtle but there. I was able keep and find it for all 3 passes. This resulted in a DFS++ shave no cleanup needed. A very unique design. I really like and am intrigued by French designed razors. Works of art. Have a great week. Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Great shave summary, Tom. I have a 77 and it is a great shaver as is the 51 which I’m sure you’ve shaved with also. The French built efficiency into their designs.

February Favorites February 3 Razor - 1959 (E4) Gillette Fatboy Blade - (2) Soap - Stirling Black Ice Brush - 30DC Meet UP LE w/ TGN Grade A Silvertip Post - Alum Wow! It got late fast tonight. I've been talking to Jennifer and just taking it easy and remembered I hadn't posted yet. So, here we go. MENTHOL MONDAY!!! Soap for tonight was Stirling Black Ice. Menthol and Anise - which gives you cold black licorice! Great scent and of course, it's Stirling, so one of my favorite lathers. I used the Meet UP brush with the Silvertip for a luxurious and rich lather and feel to the process. Back to the Fatboy and Sharp Star that I started two days ago. Three passes to absolute perfection and another day is done. I started my day earlier this morning with an overdue head shave. Used the Merkur 23c with a Sharp Star and Soap Commander Courage as an extra shave to eat a bit more of it up. I'm cue ball smooth from that one as well. Have a great Tuesday!!

Ya know, it is crazy to see that Eskimos Tuxedo has actually been used, I initially asked Rod about it and he put it in production, I looked a couple days ago and saw it’s no longer offered. Cool to be a part of that
