Great description on PAA's Bay Rum. It is really potent and nice at the same time! Fun image with the filter today Jim. Safe travels!

Great read Joseph! Simply spectacular kit today!

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement :D

I think DiD is realistic: I just got caught up into fixing a problem. Oddly enough, I almost never solve problems until I walk away from them to cool down, so dogged persistence often only wastes my time anyhow. Actually doing this might help me focus on other, more important aspects of life (if such a thing exists ;))

Nice shave Paul.....more excellent than yesterday is always a good thing!

Wow....great details, thoughts....but a rough shave. Happens. There's another one right around the corner....it'll go better!

Great looking shave, Jason! I'm actually bilingual. I grew up in an English speaking home, but my wife speaks mostly Euphemism--she made an exception when it came to Gentleman, and spelled it out in plain 'ol English :happy097:

Thank you Blair. The MK32 is fun to use and has a wicked edge. The only thing I don't like is that the pins have a sharp edge.

Hadn't considered it might be a blade issue--I'm much more used to blaming myself ;)

I've yet to run across a faulty Personna, but stranger things have happened. I'll look into it.

That is useful information. Few things in shaving are universal, so why should riding the cap be? Next week I'll play less at the cap end and go through a greater range of motion--hard to find the sweet spot if you don't ever get to it, no? ;)

I mostly have the set down issue with the Feather shavette.....dem sharp edgy blades. A little odd though, probably a side effect of not using this pain stick enough, I get better growth removal on the first pass with many of my straights....the shavette takes a little buffing on the 3rd pass to achieve that result. Need to use it more.....

Really nice image with this setup Jason! Love the warm tones. Great looking New Deluxe.

    Very nice Joe!

Very nice Evan! Great looking Red Tip. Love that brush too!

I have one of Jim's brushes....it's a smaller one, spalted wood with a synthetic knot. May have to go visit his inventory again!

Lots here with more experience with the Aristocrats....they are lookers. Had one on the want list, then started with open edges.

However...have you looked at the 'Bay again? Gotta know that when you posted that question.....some went and looked.....things will disappear quick!
