That's a nice machine. The only thing I don't like about HP is all the junque-ware that gets packaged with the OS. I always have to spend a day getting rid of garbage before I can use a new HP (or Sony - even worse).

Stil - I haven't priced packaged systems in a long time. This seems like quite the bargain.

 

mmmm, I just had another case of Yumnilaria
but this time it was nearly fatal as my wife walked in - not so much the image on the screen as much as it was the me licking the screen....

ahh, you know me, just trying to elicit a laugh and/or some dialogue...
speaking of "lick", there's a link we used to laugh at at my previous place of employment on HP's support site, was downloading some printer drivers and noticed that the link you click to download had an error - it said "Lick here to download"
I always wanted to print that off and send it to Jay Leno, but alas, never did

I'm okay. Stressed, worried, exhausted.

Girlfriend's father is still in the hospital. He only started becoming lucid yesterday afternoon.

daughter has been struggling with bike riding for years. She gets easily frustrated then blows up or starts finding infinite excuses for failure. However, lately she has been really making progress. She is almost 5 foot and has outgrown her 20" bike and I told her I wasn't going to buy her a new bike until she proved she was willing to ride.

Well, she finally got to the point this week that I went and bought her new ride...



As soon as we got home (went many stores comparing... spent most of the day), she wanted to ride it. And she is! Woo Hoo! Now I finally have me a riding buddy for the trails!
