@myles wilson - I hope you are feeling better, my friend. Kudos on getting the Aristocrat. You will enjoy great shaves from this razor for decades (peach fuzz to white hair ) before you pass it down to your kids or grand kids. This razor will have a story worth telling.

@9nein9 - I hope your sweet daughter continues to improve. Did you both finally get some rest? Snow!?! Me not likey. Me likely wearing old man pants running around in Florida.

@clint64 - Congrats on taming the beast! The Rex is a beauty.

@jtspartan - I used my 2019 30 DC LE brush the whole time I was traveling. With the synth knot, it made for an incredible and most perfect travel brush. I proudly own two of your custom brushes, and they have become permanent and proud fixtures in my den. Thank you, my friend, for your willingness to share your talents with me and my 30 DC brothers.

New and recent members - all I can say is WOW. I don't know how we managed without you. You guys are fixtures per Cartel Edict BUYMOREWATCHES.

I comment infrequently and sporadically on individual SOTD's, and I've been woefully absent posting mine. I have been following along, and you all continue to impress me with your commitment, desire to learn more and help others, and your mastery and presentation of flat-out cool gear. My Weber focus will continue until @timabababaluka tells me it's time to grab our shavettes. Tim, I plan to accompany you on your shavette focus as long as you're willing to go. I've completed several extended shavette foci (see what I did there? ) in the past, and they become quite fun once you get in the groove. I will reserve a day here and there for DE shaves for various reasons.

Everything worked as it should with this fave combo this morning. Blade is getting dull and I need to remember to change it for next time, though. 3 passes to almost total smoothness.

Thank you, Jeff! This razor is definitely different than my others. It shaves very well, it is very heavy, and the noise is completely different than anything I have everything shaved with.
