Friday morning: Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Derby day 7 Bundubeard Rooibos SS Bull Dog Moisturizer Groom AS Splash Bleu de Chanel EdP No menthol today because the temperature outside is -21C. The Derby blade is now retired after a week of faithful service - in fact I was really surprised at how well it performed today. Jaco’s Rooibos soap is a South African treasure - the scent is herbal and lovely, the lather is unbelievably thick, rich, slick and protective with such fantastic skincare. The Bull Dog moisturizer felt so good on my face, and to top it off the Groom aftershave gave me its nice old school scent which is mild enough not to disrupt the beautiful fragrance of the Bleu de Chanel. Two passes and touch ups with the Russian ShaDE razor with a Personna Half DE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with PSC Caffeinated After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
14 February 2020 Well, at least the shave was fine! Last night some scumbag threw what had to be a cue ball into my kitchen picture window. I heard something but I was in a back room with the TV on. Sounded like a drinking glass falling into a sink. Looked around, went to bed. After a shave & shower, upon opening the blinds....this! Luckily it's the storm window and not the inside glass. Big 4' X 4' frame. Sucks.
