  1. Beautiful shave and photo Danny. I see the ATT kicked the other razors to the curb.

Wow Beautiful straights Blair. Have a safe trip.

  4. Where's that Green brush, Jim? A lovely pic, regardless.
Safe travels tonight, Perry, and have fun with Alice's family.
TGIF, Clint. The product sounds very interesting. Do you know what the cooling agent is in it?
Sounds like a solid soap, Danny. Is it a triple milled puck?
Happy Birthday, Blair! Some great looking blades there, as well.
A fine pic, but an exceptional write up, Jim. Congrats on 20!
Sounds like a great soap and splash, Gary. Is that their 'super tallow' formula, or their regular base?
:happy102:A great analogy, Tim! Sounds like you are only a few minor tweaks away from perfection with that Classic.

  9. Thanks Evan! I used to post pics with this shelf before I switched to the black one. Stand was a brush handle that I screwed up but salvaged.

  10. Fully open the Rex has a blade gap of over 1.3 mm so it is a beast.

    Figaro Sapone Speciale (P.160)~~Rubberset 400/3~~Heijestrand MK32~~Alt Innsbruck
Some days the pins are too loose to display the open razor, yesterday and today, well you can see.
My soap collection is slowly headed towards triple-milled products only.
The operative word is "slowly". I divested my den of many, many soaps last week
and intend on that trend continuing.
Up today is a vintage soap, indeed the original P.160.
    Figaro Sapone Speciale.
It produced a superlative lather with a subtile hint of the original scent.
Slickness abounded and the MK32 had no difficulty wiping away the 24 hour stubble.
Jawline and cheeks are uber-smooth; lower neck is good enough for government work.
What can you say about Alt Innsbruck?
It's potent, polarizing and has a lovely menthol kick. Me likey.
The atomizer is a must, as these bottles have no flow restrictor.
    Excellent juice.

  12. I never used M-bomb but I have added enough menthol to aftershaves to overpower the scent.

  13. @everyone Thanks for all the kind words and birthday wishes!

Reading along for the weekend, evenings between two big race day events.

  14. Another fantastic shave, Jeff! I just took a good look at the 77--the gap in that safety bar is enormous. Lot's of daylight there. I know that doesn't necessarily translate into blade gap, but it's still quite an interesting design feature. I like it :D

  15. Beautiful. That brush handle is awesome, and I have nothing but good things to say about the Flare Tip :D
