Thanks, Tim. I’ve actually been a fan of the soap for years. I am finding since I’ve been using it daily that some of my problematic razors may no longer be so! I’m planning on shaving with my repaired Rex in the next few days and will also try the Spadson which is beyond aggressive! If there is such a thing as an assaultive razor, that’s it! I would never sell it because I’d feel guilty doing so! Enjoy your weekend!

Thanks, Jim! Since I’ve been using it daily I’ve begun to notice it’s impact on my shaves! Going to give the newly repaired Rex and the harshest razor in my collection, the Spadson, a go in the next few days!

Canada was in the war from 1939 on as a major nation in the British Commonwealth. Approx 1.2 Million served- About 700,000 in the Army and the other 500,000 split between Navy and Air Force. 44,000 never came home.
14,000 Canadians landed at Juno Beach, in Normandy, on D Day. There had been a previous attempt at a beach landing in 1942 at the French port of Dieppe. It was a Canadian initiative and an absolute disaster. 3400 Canucks dead, wounded or captured that day.

Glad you like the soap, Patrick. It is a well-documented fave of mine. No idea if the current iteration is any good. If the scent is truly the same, then it is still worth considering, imho.

Nice Paul, I've been there, with the cut that needed attention. Sound like the rest of the shave is great.
    Nice!

Just awesome, Patrick. You have such a rich folk music tradition in the Maritimes. Folk music for many in BC starts and ends with Spirit of the West.
