good morning gents..last day of the long weekend so thought a tabac shave would be just the ticket..m-4 black handled flare tip/platinum combo,ap shave co tuxedo built a fabulous tabac lather.2+ passes and the bbs is left..tabac aftershave and a spritz of tabac cologne cap it off..awesome.have a fine day everyone..
  2. Wonderful shave, Charlie! The Seiko pictured looks very nice! Unfortunately, I am not a watch wearer because I have small wrists and can never get a nice metal band to fit. The non-metal bands make the watch look schlocky. Yes, I know that I can take links out but that's a hassle.
  3. That's a fine looking shave, Gary!

  11. Thanks, Jeff! It is a large blade, but Keith's exotic straight collection features blades that are 1 inch. If I am not mistaken, I believe he owns a 9/8 inch straight. His handle Keithmax fits his penchant for large straights. I also think Blair has a 9/8 straight as well. Blades that are 1 inch or larger in width are very expensive because artisans are the major producers of them. It's difficult to find a used one at a decent price because these razors hold their value. Frankly, I would only purchase an inch or bigger width blade for my ego and the aesthetics. I have 13 straights and that's more than enough for my needs. The only razor that I would add is a Filarmonica and maybe an artisan straight, but these razors are expensive and I can't justify buying them.
