Substituted in this NEW LC for the New Deluxe that had been holding its place in Fave Combo #3. Fresh back from Evan’s @MrEE Beauty Salon and looking awesome. Whipped up an early morning, semi-clandestine, great lather and had 2 nice passes. It had only been about 15 hrs since my last shave, so these 2 passes and a little neckline touch up were all that was needed to be quite smooth.
    Have a great day all!

  4. Fellas, in the near future I'm planning to enable myself to a soap which could be used for two aftershaves I have that need more attention than they are getting. Will be updating.

  5. Thank you Jim. I broke my Captain's choice bowl back in 2018. My wife got me 3 different shave bowls from a local artisan for Christmas 2018. They are all the same basic color but different sizes and styles. I usually use them to soak my brushes while I shower.

  11. Beautiful watches, Keith!

But those cuffs and cuff links, though...as we say 'round these parts....HOO WEE BOY!!!!!

  12. Not everyone can tastefully rock plaid. It requires a certain countenance and attitude. I'm currently working with @Paul Turner and @Primotenore, but I'll have a couple of openings in Q3.

  13. This morning was Day 2 of All-Clubman week, Same items used. I felt a little better about today's shave-the shave cream acted more "in concert"with my face and neck. I did get a weeper on the left side, just west of the jaw, towards the face, It wasn't as bad as that nasty cut from a few days earlier. I try to go 3 straight days with using creams/foams because it seems my razor is good for 3 days before "disposing the disposeABLE". With this logic, I might try to do 3 passes for soap shaves, instead of what has been the normal 2. Since I feel comfortable using the same razor for 3 shaves, why not do the additional pass? I tend to do better on my neck with soaps, instead of cream/foams. Don't know why that is. Anyway, nice work from the aftershave. Perhaps I should feel fortunate that drugstores do carry the Clubman Original, instead of angry that they don't carry other Clubmen scents. Comment: A Bit More Excellent Than Yesterday.
  14. Love that Seiko,Keith! The MK11 is a beaut, too. Time to pull out the Seamaster, Mr.Bond?
PS- Love French Cuffs, too. My look about 60% of the time.
  15. It's a fantastic watch. +2 is near perfection on a mechanical movement.

Pssst...plaid shirts and cuff links would kick up the look a couple notches. Just save the cravats, ascots, neckerchiefs, and cumberbunds for 30DC meetups and other formal occasions.
  16. This is news to me. Rock Plaid? Which Q am I in? (Please pardon the seriousness of these questions, but I always try to be serious in a silly way, as you know).
  17. Love that Romera. Everytime.
