Man, it must have been a zillion degrees when I woke up this morning. Left a window open too long or something. Just about ready to head for the same day surgery place with my son. Better take a book...

Justin, good luck on the mailbox visualization. Let us know how that pans out, okay? I got a little package yesterday with some Connaught cream (violet). Need to take some haul pictures one of these days - I'm behind, way behind.

Greg, good job. Now I'm craving ice cream too. You're a bad, bad man.

Yup... got some of Kel's soap samples in. They smell great. However, the real test is to see if they burn up my skin. Will find out later.

Is tired of being tired... wants to take a nap but needs to have supper ready at 5:15 so he can be on the way to dog training by 5:30.

 

Take my dog too. He needs some training.

 

I did try some of the Kell soap samples today.. Don't lather that well for me. They work OK, but don't even shine a candle on the TSD goodness. Arabian Spice smells divine but it burns me up. The Casbah mint worked fine with my skin, but again... for the lathering I would much rather have used the SubZero.

 

I've been having a pretty shabby day all round plus, this afternoon, I seem to have developed a strange rash on my neck :signs113

Seriously though, any idea what caused it?

Anybody else getting this thing where your phone rings, you answer, and all you hear is an echo of yourself, meanwhile, the other person is just hearing their own reflection?

I'm starting to think this merger is an unholy union.

 

Wow, it's been a quiet day here.
Of course I say that now and I'll come back to two pages of stuff to catch up on by the time I get to work tonight.

FYI - my son pulled through his surgery with flying colors and is back home, living the good life on pain meds, hanging out on the sofa, watching the tube.

Tonight I will be having baked tilapia fillets and steamed asparagus.

 

ooooh that sounds so good! my mom made pasta with tomato veggie sauce with big chunks of zucchini. It was so good but my tummy is still asking for something.
