Awesome shave, Joseph! I have an SRD black latigo with polyweb fabric strop. It is a quality tool. It is a shame that SRD went out of business.

 

Thank you Charlie. Swati brought the Cream back from the TOBS store in London. It had the performance you’d expect from a TOBS cream but the scent is just meh at best. But Swati notices it on the counter and in the photos

Thank you, Clint! It's a fine day, but it is a nippy 30 degrees outside. It will warm up to the 40's tomorrow and through the middle of next week. So far, Long Island has had very little snowfall this winter. I am definitely not complaining. Four more weeks of winter and I can't wait. I do my happy dance when the calendar turns to March 1. Lol!

 

Now, that's an oxymoron!

Great shave and report, Jim! Sounds like the SS Lupo is a winner. I have the Aluminum Lupo and it's nice and smooth. I should have the SS early next week, maybe.

Get a good look at the trees before you go . You wont be seeing many there . Also the traffic can be nuts in the city. When a train crosses the tracks sometimes it may take 30 mins depending on how many cars its hauling. Its flat there ....very flat . Soryy I didnt answer earlier. Internet is having problems again, had a tech over on Tuesday and another coming Sunday to try his luck.

Wow ! The Gillette King has thinned the herd. I passed some of my milder razors to my brother and my nephew. Why keep them if they will just collect dust right? Great shave Gary!

You are really getting good mileage from that setup Jeff. My hair grows in a swirly sort of pattern beside my Adams apple area which can be a pain. On the back of my head I have to shave East to west ( ear to ear) in the spot where my skull meets my neck or else I get missed spots too.

I've been to Carlisle PA before but never to Philly. Beautiful little town with alot of brick houses .

Hopefully your turn never comes . I escaped what my daughter had and consider myself lucky.
Some of my SE razors feel milder when shaving also but the end results are better . Can make you feel like its not cutting but really is . Getting the best angle I find is sometimes found by lifting about 5 degrees off the cap.
