Thanks Gary. I did try a couple of Feathers a while ago in my VC-1. I didn't like them, only got two decent, not great shaves from them.

    RazoRock Syn. 24mm
    Arko Stick -grated
    Occams-Enoch
    Schick Proline [ 3 ]
    Pitralon Original A/S Lotion.

My 3rd consecutive Shave with this combo, as the previous two were rushed a bit so the quality of finish was lacking. Today, I made a conscious effort to get it right and worked on specific areas until I was happy with the results before moving on. I think the choice of soap helped as the copious Arko lather really made it easy to work away, without causing irritation in the more sensitive areas [ i.e. Jawline/neck ]. Quite pleased with the quality of finish which was excellent all round.

The TSD Cool Lime Shave Stick face-lathered well with the B-400 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER by Tom with a GEM Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I had a great shave with a Gem MMBT with guiding eye and a Ever-Ready 1914 today. Both shared a 5th use Meijer SS blade. I went with a horse hair brush and Tabac for lather and a witch hazel Splash with a little lotion to finish things off.

    Simpson Chubby 1 / Maggards 2band
    L`Occitane Cade soap
    Occams- Oren /Plate3
    Feather Proguard [ 1 ]
    Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion.

I know the looks may be off putting, but this Razor /Blade combo makes short work of "My need to Shave Daily" beard. A plus is that it also without any problems delivers a consistently ultra close all round finish.

    The Grosvenor [ 404-mixed ]
    Williams Mug soap
    Occams -Hiram/No3 plate
    Schick Proline [ 2 ]
    Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion

Getting a bit more used to this Razor, the Shave today being smooth and comfortable with a good close all round finish. Though I must say not quite as good as those I get with the Oren.

My first injector razor, I think the same as yours , is on it's way in the mail. Where is a good place for me to find blades that fit and which ones do you reccomend? Thanks for any help.

This is an easy to use and efficient razor. I only have only used the Personna injector blades. They have worked fine for me so I never saw a need to branch out to others. I bought them from Ted Pella online. However, I have seen what looks to be the same Personna blades on Amazon sold by Taconic Shave for much less ($17.88 for 60 blades).
