I'm too busy canning beans to make a cobbler. I picked a bowl of raspberries I'm going to have some of here innna minute though.

Wow Jim, you've got the only post for the day so far. I LOVE it. That's probably my favorite song of all time (at least when I'm in a goofy mood, like today). Good raspberry usage, dude!

Aylo everyone. back from family camping trip and as usual nobody will be speaking to each other for a while.

So... we were in Nashville, IN. I planned on going to the actual store for Nashville Knife Company... and it was a dog biscuit place. I called them... drats! They are a web only business now.

The good news is that I was able to track down my missing bank card before
it created too much havoc... It only took a 20 minute detour on the way home.

I watched a collection of those on Youtube the other day.
It definitely brought back some memories.

Wow... I spent most of the day putting new pads and rotors on the front wheels of my truck.
That Dakota, for as little trouble as it's given me in other areas over the ~7 years I've owned it, has been a pain in the arse for brakes.
After all that bending, crouching, kneeling, and crawling around the garage floor, I frickin' hurt all over.

But anyway, I've since showered and shaved... that improved my spirits but did little to alleviate my pain.
Perhaps dinner and a drink or two will make things better.

 

Its hell getting old. I have no idea your age Greg, but when they say things start going downhill at forty, believe them.

146, B nib, writes like a soft, 1mm CI... I love writing with this pen. I picked it up from Joel Hamilton at the PDX show about 4 years ago (maybe 3). I never wanted a modern MB, but the price was way too low to pass up, especially after I wrote with it. :drool Sherrell told me that if I hadn't picked it up, it would have gone home with her. Did I mention that I love writing with this?

I was trying to match avatars with tags, but I couldn't keep up... I figured this would be in style for as long as I wanted to use it.
