    Great shave.

Won't get Black Cherry in Glacial again. A little too much like a cough drop. Lather = easy, awesome.

The Stirling Tuxedo is my most used brush. Great value, easy care.

Stirling Noir is a nice dupe to the Drakkar. I love Stirling AS splash ingredients, I consider them perfect. Alcohol, Witch Hazel, Aloe, Glycerin, Hydrovance.

I love this shavette and this blade.

    Today's Freedom Friday Shave;
    • Blackland Blackbird Brass (OC and SB)
    • Personna Lab Blue (3)
    • Stirling Agar Shave Soap
    • VdH Bowl
    • Fine Lather Bowl
    • Zenith M15
    • Homemade Oud AS/EdC
    • Stirling Agar ASB
    • Axe Dark Temptation Antiperspirant Deodorant
    • Homemade Hair Tonic
    • Clubman Original Body Powder
    • Dapper Dan Heavy Hold Pomade
My first go with the Brass Blackbird right out of the box. Wow, extremely nice. I could have stopped right after the first pass. The second pass I was DFS. The third pass I was BBS with no effort. Love me some Blackland.

    March 6 SOTD:

    Razor: Tom White TAR
    Blade: Gillette Nacet
    Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
    Lather: Stirling Haverford
    Aftershave: Stirling Haverford
    Additional Care:
    Unrefined Shea Butter

The brass TAR was up this morning, and it definitely has some heft. There is more blade feel, at least to me, with this one than the Alumi-TAR, and when combined with the weight, it makes for a more aggressive shave. I did two passes and ended with a DFS+, minding the little spot I slipped up on yesterday. All in all, it was a definite good first shave with this razor. I hope everyone has a great day!

    Jayaruh #387
    Stick Schick
    Schick Proline
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk AS

The Cremo Shave Stick face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #387 brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Stick Schick with a Schick Proline blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razorock Pli 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Shark day 7
    Bundubeard Rooi Afrikaner SS
    Nivea Sensitive ASB
    Hega AS Splash

My Plissoft synthetic whipped up a tremendous amount of lather which was so rich as well as thick with great slickness - this Rooi Afrikaner is a tallow based diamond from South Africa. (Thanks for creating it, Jaco!) I love that mild herbal scent and the soothing, comfortable feeling it gives also. The Nivea Sensitive balm provided lots of moisturizing and extra protection against irritation, while the Hega aftershave from Sweden gave me a nice cooling feeling - its scent is neutral so it never clashes with any fragrance. The Shark blade is now retired after this wonderful three pass shave.

Have a lovely weekend my friends![IMG]
