If either of you boys will be in Philly, let me know! We do have a spare bedroom!

Thanks, Clint. Those newer Fine soap tubs are just a ridiculous size. At least the sticker comes off well enough...

    Possible. ..... love the brush!

Thank you, Jason! I've had the soap for awhile, the brush is a newer acquisition.

I do remember you saying you were having issues with your Reserve but I didn't remember what the issue was. Weird that a soap that was so easy to overload became one of the most difficult to load.

Very nice, Clint! Do you have a green one ordered to match the SV Felce tub?

Thanks, Jason! The Grom and I are fine, and both ride free on SEPTA, our community rail. Sr. citizens and reasonably sized animal buds ride free on public transport in PA. We’ll be leaving for home in the early afternoon.

You are very kind and generous but I don't think Philly could stand Charlie @wristwatchb and I at the same time. Hope everything goes well with your visits today.

Very nice New Improved, Evan! Besides being a good shaver, it is just a classic Art Deco look as well.

If this opinion came from Simpson, it was probably from the employee who couldn't even put my label on right...

When you said you resisted the Ebony synthetic but you did place an order I figured it was for the Butterscotch. When you said you had another order coming I had no idea what you had coming. All makes sense now.

Beautiful pic and nice shave summary! Sounds like that New LC is comparable to my LaResche 51.

Realized that is the same time as your daily commute... I'd much rather have the hour be on the open highway.

Great shave, Paul! You should post some pics!

    Thanks, Jeff.
By similar, I assume you mean the opinion of it being a smooth daily driver. If you mean by design, I'd think the OT or even a New Improved head look more like a LaResche. Send me the '51 and I'll confirm that for you, after an exhaustive, time consuming comparison...;)

I think you're on to something there. We might have also uncovered the real reason the French did not invent internal plumbing...

    So much for restraint.

Gorgeous pic of the Dart. Any idea how it’s shave compares to the Blackbird? The Blackbird reminds me of my R41.

Unfortunately, the 51 is currently with son #2 who wanted to try it, but I do have a LaResche 61 I could send your way for a small deposit! :)
