    I think decanting it helps take away the scent that some folks are put off by. To me it tones it down and softens the smell. After decanting it for a while it has more if a nice powdery smell.

    Time improves these things.

    The upper neck, just under the jawline, side to center ATG stroke eludes me still with open edge. While it is so easy to pick up a safety to clean that up, I don't. I do find days I get almost as close just going n/s & s/n.

    What's important is a gentle accurate touch and no irritation.
