Really appreciate that, Danny.....I'd like to see how they work with me, given that the problem was handed to me at birth. But on the phone the receptionist appeared to give the message of "Let's work together and see about this"(that is, instead of -"Birth situation? Forget it"). By the way..my therapist will be a................................wait for it..............................keep waiting......FEMALE .

 

I had to do a double take on the picture. Thought is was a Philadelphia picture of Jeffs. Nice picture and a great shave Gary.

Years ago.
Yes another story....
A group of us ate at a lunch room in the building.
Mostly tech's and engineers but two managers were a there most of the time.
One Marvin, was a good guy and a great sense of humour. The other one Dave, was a higher up and an ordained minister.
Dave said somthing about we all neeeding to wear better clothes and dress better, even make use of a tie.
The room got quiet, its was never quiet.
Marvin, he spoke up and ask Dave why most managers wore a tie all the time?
Dave said, "well to look nice of course"!
Marvin said, "oh no, no, no Dave...
It's to keep the fore skin from slapping them in the face".
The room erupted with laughter!!
Dave never brought that subject up again.
Dave did giggledat that one.
He knew he had lost that one.
Yes Marvin always wore a tie.

I had little in common with Dr. Johnny in my younger days, Joe. More of everything characterizes my senior photo: more weight, more naturally wavy hair, more plaid, more (big) shirt collars, and rocking a super cool Seiko 6139 on my wrist.


My 6139 looked like this. It's a cult classic among vintage Seiko collectors.

 

Actually, Clubman is next in line for me after the Burma Shave, which means.... I WILL have it on for the "Initial Evaluation". I just hope she figures..."Aaah men like to smell good, I just have to live with it". Course out of respect for this "Hey, lose the sexy smellin' stuff, willya...I can't concentrate" thing that goes on in the workplace, I may move the Clubman up to tomorrow and let her smell the BurmaShave...course the aftershave I like for that is Stoylin Gentleman. I'm out either way, right?
