March 2020 30 Day Rule/Focus Pix and Discussion

The NCAA's March Madness may be cancelled, but Agadir International has its own March Madness, with sales on all products throughout March. I still have a ways to go with my AgadirMen aftershave, another item may interest me. And if not this March, I hope they do this again next March-I think I'd be more ready for something then.

It was indeed. Thanks Joe. I've always believed Stephan's Bay Rum product to be underrated. Company's been around since 1897. That tells us something

 

Gov Cuomo declared a State of Emergency. He has ordered all venues that hold 500 or more people to be closed. Less than 500 people, then only half of there full occupancy is allowed. All Broadway shows have been canceled til further notice. Some schools have closed, but not all. As far as the situation in CA, you need to vote those clowns out of office.

Hey guys. I want to share my Day 600 update of my new lifestyle. In general, I'm doing good overall with weight, diet, and exercise. I was not successful in Florida earlier this year because I stopped logging my food and periodically checking my weight. That spelled trouble for me. I came home a few pounds heavier. Since then, I've gotten back on my program, and I'm making steady progress back toward my target. Daily focus with plenty 'o data really helps me.

Here's the 600-day history. See the increase this past January and February? Bad wristwatchb!


Since I got back on my program over the past month, I'm moving slowly back toward my target. Good wristwatchb!



What did I learn? Stay on my program! ​

 

MARCH 14th SHAVE​

Went went a voskhod blade in my Gillette aristocrat
stirling bay rum shave soap
pinaud clubman virgin island bay rum aftershave
got a little weeper on the side of my neck, put a little dab of witch hazel and a piece of toilet paper to stop the bleeding that helped.
in the end got a excellent close shave, and now i smell like a pirate! arrrrgg!

 

Hello shave fans! Here at ice cream central, the closing down of schools (i.e. our customers), the scuttling of most sales travel, and the management of 120 employees who now live in relative uncertainty has likened my job to that of the proverbial hamster on the wheel. Combine that with my oldest daughter breaking her ankle yesterday, requiring orthopedic surgery next week, and the resultant cancellation of our spring break trip, and I’m realizing that I need to lean into life’s simple pleasures. Spring Training would normally be in full swing here, but, alas, that has been cancelled like everything else. Enter B&M Diamond... I can still smell the grass, dirt, beer and popcorn of the Stadium. Play Ball!
