Had to retire my Graybar Moose a couple weeks ago. The antlers chipped and no longer open bottles. It worked well for a couple years.
Now I’m carrying this new one which is actually an opener and works much better.

I got one of those as a gift a couple months ago. It works well. I just wish it could stick to a magnet so I could put it on the fridge.

Only one I got is an antique iron Coca Cola opener, the kind that would screw onto the wall or the side of a counter. Don't use bottles anymore so it's sitting in a box somewhere.

In Florida, a vintage-antique cast iron parrot is needed to get the job done

I pick this up at my wife's grandmother's house, when we were cleaning out her house.

I may clean it up and repaint it. Too bad I don't have a sandblaster.

Thank you, and not to shabby yourself on your find. IMO, leave it as is. It took decades to get that look. Even after you and I assume room temperature, these openers will still be doing what they were made for

Seen a few of them openers before . Seen the bottom of a few Labatts Blue bottles before too. Still made in Canada but owned by AB now I believe .
