I'm not sure that's a terrible thing.. if you're not sick no point in getting tested (IMHO)

Interesting to see Sioux Falls SD on the list.....that city just received positive marks for senior retirees looking to settle into a new area.

If you want the immunized in the workforce folks have to be tested to determine who has been exposed and immunized . Period. Anything short of widespread testing before opening things up simply ensures a secondary wave of infections. Unless that's fine with you, which I gather it is from some commentary for whom Italian-Spanish level of illness and death (still in progress) is an acceptable level of casualty. Which levels would be higher absent their imposed quarantine. How many dead you imagine they'd have absent the quarantine you think is unnecessary?

Immunize the older people, if they want, and the medically susceptible for free. Let everyone else pay for it. It is ridiculous to spend the time and money to immunize everyone. If you are healthy, and are exposed to it, hopefully you build up antibodies.

Gotcha. You do understand asymptomatic people are spreading this infection right?

Uh the only immunization comes with infection. I have no idea what you're talking about.

Take a look at the little round scar, on your left shoulder. That is called a Polio Vaccine Scar. As a child, you were vaccinated/immunized against Polio.
I could go through the whole Virology 101 lesson with you, but I think if you read up on how Immunizations work, it would be better for you.

I understand vaccines. There is no vaccine for Covid-19 so until there is the only immunization comes from infection which is exactly what I said.I wasn't referring to immunization as a general concept.

I was administered an oral polio vaccine but thanks for the guidance.

Chloroquine and an alternative version called hydroxychloroquine seem to work on viruses by inhibiting a process called glycosylation, a chemical transformation of the proteins in the virus’s outer shell that’s part of the infection process. Chinese researchers have initiated perhaps a half-dozen randomized trials of the two versions in humans and gotten at least some promising initial data.

It has been reported, that the countries that regularly use these drugs, to prevent malaria, since the 1950's are reporting little to no Covid 19 infections. It and many other antiviral drugs have shown to work in other countries. Other drugs used to prevent and treat Ebola is also shown to prevent the infection. But, our country wants to test test test, in clinical trials.
They are also testing the antibodies, in blood, from those already cured of Covid 19, and it looks like these antibodies could transfer immunity.

As to Chloroquine yes we will see how that turns out once testing is sufficient to make some real determination about its efficacy.

I hope that cheers you up some. There are many drugs out there, that show they work, but the USA bureaucracy, for drug testing is pathetic. A lot of corruption involved.

Sure I understand, I'm just not as convinced it's going to turn out as bad as others
We have different opinions and that OK

It's ok to have different opinions. It's not ok to put others at risk because one chooses not to believe the medical consensus. Please don't do that.

Poke is a Raw Ahi Tuna mixed with Onions, thin-sliced Cucumbers sometimes Avacado seasoned with Oils and Soy Sauce, maybe a touch of Wasabi to taste

The wife loves it so I learned to make it, according to her I make the best around which honestly doesn't mean all that much since North Idaho isn't known for Poke hehehe

Sure thing, if we are all stuck at home the least we can do is to share stuff to make it interesting, rather than just all the Doom and Gloom
