  5. Looks like a fun getaway Keith! Enjoy. Nice gear for the travel shave as well!

Great report Neal! The 'G Slide' works well for my neck touch ups. Definitely requires an 'At Attention, All Hands on Deck' brain focus! First time I tried it didn't turn out well at all. But....it works really well for that BBS/DFS+ result on my troublesome lower right jawline/neck area.

Love it Gary! Cool green glow happening!

Very nice image and shave awesomeness Clint!
  6. Really nice image and colors Jim! Great setup and shave!

Tobacco/Vanilla. Big fan of that combo. Need to try that one sometime.....

    Fun read Paul!

Wow....great read & interview Joseph! Neat setup for today's shave!
  7. It's probably better on a cooler day-warmed up some here(and will tomorrow, too), but I wanted to put in shaves with this combo before putting it on the back of the bus(I MEAN....den).
  8. As you may recall, I bought the Stag, but in the summertime. Great scent indeed, but my face turned into a Bunsen Burner in the heat. (Y'know, the thing @Trigger uses to burn bunsens). Not above buying it again. Course when it feels better on my face(fall/winter).
  9. Thanks, Gary!
    Thanks, Blair!

  10. Beautiful photo and shave Blair. Happy Friday
  11. You, too Joe.
  12. Wow Primo. Fantastic write up. I found it very entertaining. Thank you for taking the time.
  13. Let me say this, for a report like that he'd better do a review for the CF site. (Course he can't rubberstamp what he wrote here, it's too long. )

  14. Beautiful photo and fantastic report and shave, Clint! Super smart choice: if you don't care for the scent of your soap, follow it up with an awesome AS--it doesn't get more awesome than L'Orange Noir ;)
  15. Awesome shave, report, and photo, Jim! I'm tempted to say this has been your greatest color matching to date--so thematic, like a shave at the beach :D

GB makes some fantastic brushes; I can see why you've got a collection of them ;)

  16. Great report, Paul! Sorry to hear about the cuts. Funny, I went too heavy on the AS yesterday and fixes it the exact same way--water, the great regulator! ;)

  17. I came close with my first Stoylin soap....Barbershop. Doc Ezlovan gave me a few laughs when I told him it looked like a football environment-the "green field" at the bottom and the "fans" all around.
  18. Thank you Tim. I do love L’Orange Noir.

  19. I'm glad I thought of doing the water trick. For a man who never got past Biology in Science, I was pleased, lol.

Had a super 3 pass shave earlier this morning. After not using this Old Type for at least a few months, it has come out of the den running. Another close finish with no irritation. Not the smoothest shaver, but the results the past 2 days have been outstanding. Apparently it liked its trip to the beauty parlour. Got a great lather in a classic scent, although I prefer L'Orange Noir (and probably American Blend) in Fine dupes. On the @Keithmax Scale? Epic.
    Have a great day all.
