Lots of reflection and positive rewards with your shave today Tim! Light bulb moment. Nothing wrong with WTG/WTG/WTG reduction. If it works.....

Once you get to DFS consistently, maybe make a very steep XTG pass (almost WTG, like a skinny X) for the last part of your shave. You may approach that DFS+..... BTW, AWESOME image today. Man....had to double take. Fun!

I think you should catalogue and take a picture of all your Gillette's and write a book detailing the history of each one starting from the oldest to the youngest. It would be titled Vintage Gillette Guide for RAD sufferers. Lol! Gary, I can't keep up with your fantastic collection. Have a great night!

 

thank you Joe ..cool idea,not many of books like that around .although many online sources for info..the hobby bridges the gaps between normal duties when busy.the great shaves are my benefit..

Oddly enough, I pulled a tooth 2 nights ago and had to dismantle the toilet two months ago in order to remove an obstruction (turned out to be a large wooden block). Sometimes it's goldfish crackers and marker, and other times it's blood and poop--but always it's an adventure

I've had some DFS and even a BBS/DFS with a shavette, but man it takes some chasing. I'll definitely try the skinny X next time I chase the baby--probably this Sunday.

Thanks Gary! I never tried the blue shave cream yet . This balm came from a den clearing sale from @jtspartan . I do have to say it smells pretty good though.
