    SOTD,Tue March 31st 2020

    Razor : Oneblade Core Version 2 - MFG 2018> excellent daily driver with a GEM blade!
    Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (9)
    Soap: Colonel Conk Bay Rum- I really find this soap really easy to use with reasonable lather qualities!
    Brush: Yaqi Timberwolf whiskers 24mm- great brush.
    Pre shave: Brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
    Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 3. -just as good as Menthol Buzz feel.
    Post shave: Avon "True gent"cologne with witch hazel + Avon True gent balm instead of Nivea .
    Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + very little irritation + no weepers = [​IMG] great shave in my books.

    Thanks Gary, you have a excellent day also. I'm still recovering from surgery and the only thing to keep me somewhat sane is shaving and Forums for the last 9 months!

    shave P.A.A. "Boomtown" Bay Rum soap*.
    brush-Stoylin Synthetic "Pro-Handle", 26 mm.
    razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot + DisposeABLE
    A.S.-Clubman Special Reserve.

    *
    along with the Bay Rum(West Indies), you get Gunsmoke and Leather.

    Not a bad shave with the W59. The Gold Dollar whackers aren’t really thought of much but, I will say that if you can get a good bevel set and work patiently with your stone progressions setting the edge then finishing with a good cotton/leather strop (60-80 turns), it will cut and shave very nicely. Decent Chinese steel to be honest. Great afternoon and shaves to all. Stay safe Gents....
