I talk about the weather all the time, but I only feel semi-odd about it when I'm talking about it with someone that doesn't realize it's a lifelong fascination for me (or that I'm just a geek). It's kind of like picking up 'nice' rocks when walking and sticking them in my pocket, then showing them off later. It makes me odd but I don't really care. I like them.

Oh yeah, and razors and pens too. Think I'll go write about my pens getting rained on while I sit drinking an Aeropressed latte and being grateful that all of the rocks are so much more colorful when wet.

Call me pathetic and immature, but recently I've become much more interested in the weather since the local station weather girl is hot. Really.

...and yes, I like hot weather girls too. :happy005 I'm just more of an I witness weather guy (ever hear of the hippie dippy weather, man?).

Well, that was a small and somewhat satisfying nap.
Luckily I can probably sleep some later today.
I don't know how it is that my sleep schedule gets so messed up in just a couple of days.

morning folks. got a sick kid at home. Kept us up most of the night. I'm cutting out of work early to go home and relieve the wife. Did hear back from that guy selling soviet copies of open comb razors- looks like I may have a new three piece. I wish I'd gotten interested in three piece razors earlier. I really like them.
