Breathtaking photo and stunning contrasts, Gary! A shot worthy of the Aristocrat you have featured today. You must tire of hearing it, but you have some pristine Gillettes, sir ;)

In all fairness, Paul, I was saying I get cuts everywhere else. But I would gladly add you to my list if it meant a cut-free Adam's apple for you ;)

    Thanks, Joe!
    Thanks, Tim!

I've come a long way over the past two years. Believe me, there's a reason I have styptic on hand. My first four razor purchases were the result of blaming my tools. Now I buy razors because I'm enjoying the collecting aspect of the hobby.

I seem to be attracted to odd and mostly unseen razors.
Don't know why, it does keep me outa trouble.
Barbershop is a favorite of mine.
But I like more woodsy and spicy sents.
Not much into perfume like at the big box stores put out.

Sounds like a great shave this morning, Joseph. Love that Rubberset again. You mentioned 'holy grail' razors earlier this week. That iconic brush handle makes the 'holy grail' of wetshaving hardware for me.

Been there, done that, Joe. Pretty meh about it. I got to where I could do a two pass with touch up for near DFS, no blood, no irritation. Didn't enjoy it as much as my other toys so I set it aside.

Sounds like quite the stubble assassin, Jim! I'm sure you'll get it under control soon. Another great Heritage brush there as well.

Went with an old spice shave today brought out the shave soap. I forgot how SUPER slick that soap it. I got a really good lather today, to the point where I didn’t even feel that blade gliding across my face because of how slick that soap is. Because of that, I didn’t think the blade was cutting good, so I stupidly added pressure to my face to see if it would cut any better. Found out it was cutting plenty, when I opened up the side of my neck. Other than that it was a good shave!

Another outstanding 'blues' shot, Gary. Love your outdoor shots- shows off that shiny 'Crat for sure! Good morning, sir.
