Mine was that color, but not near in as good as shape. I had transplanted the engine and disc brakes out of a 72 Midget into it and was working on getting everything hooked back up. I had to remake quite a bit of the wiring harness, which is what was taking a lot of time.

I am afraid once I pick the Blackbird up, it might be several weeks before I am ready to move onto something else. So I had to convince myself to go ahead even though I had 2 great pictures with the Nodachi ready to go for Friday and Saturday. :D

Thanks Keith. I'll keep you posted.

I hope things are starting to settle down a little bit for you. I enjoy seeing the Springtime photos of Seoul you've been sharing.

TGIF in Seoul! This is one my earliest straight razor purchases, a 7/8 Hart Steel. It is a substantial razor given it is a 3/4 grind. The scales look like they were made in a high school shop class, I would not call the razors lines refined, not as smooth as my top straights but this dog will hunt. An excellent shave.

I know how that goes. I had to retake today's picture to get the CG in. I'm an early riser so I had to wait a few hours to get enough light for a decent picture.

I skipped out on some work at home this afternoon to shine up the razor and take the photo. I will get some more tomorrow afternoon.

I used to ride motorcycles until I married, and it was ‘suggested’ that they were too hazardous for a father of 4. :angry017:
