Terrific picture, Jason! Love the brush!
Glad the Reserve is working for you now. I bloomed and loaded the heck out of it my last couple of uses. Worked pretty well.

Thanks, Clint. If you sell it cheap enough, it sells quickly.

I hear you, Joseph. I have always loved the older B&M bases (White Label/Glissant). The Reserve base was fine for me before, but was very finicky. Always tried to ensure it didn't become stringy. I have never really had a soap change so drastically. I have lots that I've had for a few years (including other B&M bases) and they didn't fundamentally change. Some have had their scents diminish and I think that is more understandable, but this is the only one where the entire product seems to have changed substantially.

Funny, Joe, but that was my first thought as well.

Yes they do. I remember you did the same thing awhile back and I think it may have been your Henckel's that was the culprit, too.

I can reach for my, I guess to be, the glissant soaps from B&M and they are as good as they were on day one.

Thanks Gary, but it is been over 3 hrs and don't feel any weekness from blood loss so I think Ibam ok. I just hope that the pinky doesn't look too shabby after all is said and done. The good thing is that I am right-handed so I am not putting any stress on it.

Awesome shave, Terry. With how aggressive you like razors, and with you enjoying Injectors, do you have a Pal Injectomatic? I used to call mine the Meatgrinder when I was first learning. Took me a bit of time to dial it in...

The Fatboy may become the new 'Arko', 'Clubman' or 'Blooming' on the 30DC! Lots of different opinions from 'best' to your thoughts on it and everything in between, Jeff.

The Reserve line came about due to complaints of previous bases not lathering well in hard water. I believe it was made as an alternative not a replacement.

No offence, my friend, but I think even the newer members know that...:eatdrink047:
Sounds like a fantastic shave, Clint! Love the matching brush handle and bowl as well. Very nice.
