I saw your post on FB.. (We just got home a while ago).

Are you going from a DVD camera? If so, the simple solution is to plug the USB or firewire cable in to the appropriate port and if you have Windows XP or newer, launch Windows Movie Maker.

The software is fairly easy to run at that point. I am on a linux box and haven't used it in a long time so I can't give you any specific commands from here.

Just finished reading last of the Olympian series. They are fairly good books even if the plot is quite predictable. No wonder my middle school kids (and now daughter) reads them. On the other hand... I still have grading to do. Hmmmmm clean things up in case the in-laws visit while wife does her psychology coursework, or should I grade. OOOh I know... clean up a little, read the last 200 pages of a novel and then go FB and shave den. Ahh... the subtle joys of procrastination!

The defense is phenomenal (VTs is quite good, too), but can't carry the whole game.

 

I suppose I should watch some football, but with wife running every third thought by me on her psychology homework, I am going insane. Good thing it is a short trip, fuel budget is pretty low at this point.

 

I have a feeling I'll be feeling your pain soon as my wife gets further into her classes.
